PAYMENT

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover). Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

PRICES, ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

All prices are in US Dollars. All orders will ship via USPS within 2 business day from the date you place your order.  On presale orders, the goods will ship on the launch date, as specified on the item description. If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are based on the size/weight of the item. Every item has a shipping cost per unit assigned to the item, and it will automatically get added to your total in the checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping costs for orders shipping outside the USA will be determined, based on the size/weight of the item.  USPS Postal Service determines the rate during the checkout process.

CUSTOM DUTIES

International orders are subject to custom duty fees by the destination county’s government. We have no control over how much you are charged for customs. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you.  The buyer is responsible for all custom duty fees.

RETURN POLICY

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGE ONLY within 7 days from which shipment is received.You must notify us by email at info@layoffdesign.com within the 7 days allowed if there are any problems or concerns with the merchandize received. All items subject to exchange must be approved by Layoff Design prior to shipment and shipped within 3 days of approval. Shipping and Handling is not refundable, and you must pay for shipping both ways, if you want to exchange for different size. All SALE items from the website are not subject to exchange and are deemed a final purchase. Any unauthorized returns or return-to-sender actions will result in forfeiture of all payments. *All items are personally inspected before shipment.

COLORS

The colors of our products are displayed as accurately as possible to the products that appear on our website; however, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor. We can not guarantee that any color your monitors display will be accurate.
