In 2007, Kevin Hassanali, aka Kevin "Layoff" envisioned a business concept that encompasses all the things he enjoys; fashion, art, music, and design. With combining these classic elements, Layoff Design was destined to be a lifestyle brand.

In 2011, his vision became a reality with the launch of the first collection of headwear. Each collection will be released in limited quantities, and is never to be repeated.

In 2015, Layoff Design revamped their logo for an all new fresh look. The new LD symbol logo was designed to be bold, classic, and timeless.
